“Las instalaciones excelentes en todos los sentidos. Lo único malo fue la atención del chico de recepción. Nos hizo correr porque solo nos podía esperar 15min (18h15), sabiendo que estábamos llegando y realizando el camino de Santiago y después de llegar, otras personas estuvieron llegando tranquilamente después de nosotros (aprox. Durante la siguiente hora de nuestra llegada). Nada empático y aparentemente un poco molesto en su trato. Lástima por ese detalle, las camas, instalaciones, servicios, todo perfecto. ”

Excellent facilities in every way. The only downside was the attention from the reception boy. He rushed us because he could only wait 15 minutes (18:15), knowing we were arriving and doing the Camino de Santiago and after arriving, other people were arriving calmly after us (approx. during the following hour of our arrival). Not empathetic and apparently a bit annoyed in his treatment. A shame for that detail, the beds, facilities, services, everything perfect.
