• Complimentary breakfast is provided for two (2) persons, depending on the room type.
• A security deposit of P3,000 per room is required upon check-in.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur a one-night charge.
• Airport Transfers:
Van transfers from Puerto Princesa Airport to Doublegem Beach Resort can be arranged at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 5–6 hours).
Transfers between Lio Airport and the resort (vice versa) are also available at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 30 minutes).
• Please note that hot water is powered by solar energy; heating may take some time.
• Child Policy:
Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children above 7 years old will be charged P3,136 per night as an extra person, inclusive of breakfast.
Only one (1) child is allowed per room.
• Location Note:
Guests staying in the Forest Building Annex Rooms are required to cross the street to access the beachfront area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
