OLD TOWN ACCESS: Vehicle access to the Old Town, where the hotel is located, is restricted. All guests arriving by car, even if not using the hotel parking, must provide their vehicle registration number at reception on arrival so that the hotel can authorise access and avoid fines. IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS: According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid document at check-in. Accepted documents are passports, Spanish DNI/NIE, and equivalent EU national ID cards. Driving licences and non-EU ID cards are not accepted. Guests without a valid accepted document cannot be accommodated, and applicable cancellation fees will be charged. MINORS: Minors must stay with their legal guardian. If travelling alone or with another adult, the hotel must be informed in advance so the specific case is reviewed and required authorisation can be and signed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
