The hostel is a shoe-free hostel. Guests are not allowed to wear shoes inside the building. For the dormitory rooms, the deposit payment of THB 500 per person for the key card and white towel is required upon check-in (cash only). This can be refundable upon check-out when the items are returned in a normal functioning condition. For Budget Single Room, Standard Room and Deluxe King Room, the deposit payment of THB 1,000 per person for the key card and white towel is required upon check-in (cash only). This can be refundable upon check-out when the items are returned in a normal functioning condition. Please bring your own padlock. If you want a padlock, it is available for rent or sale at reception. The air conditioning in the dormitory rooms will be turned on from 18:00 to 12:00. For safety purposes, visitors are not permitted in the hostel. Any unauthorized guests found in the hostel shall be ejected and additional charges may apply. Please be informed that we are currently carrying out renovation work in some areas of our property from now until the end of October. During this period, there may be some noise between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your kind understanding as we work to improve our facilities for your future comfort."Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. It was a bit difficult to find it as there are many hotels and hostel around the same area.I was feeling already guilty when I read all the terms and conditions for the check in, they are not responsible for my belongings and if I want a lock I need to pay them a ******** and 50 bat thanks but no! It is not really customer oriented.It is a good price for the night but common areas are a bit dirty like bathroom or showers. Also it is bit uncomfortable going to fifth floor to eat something from outside, the prices of the restaurant inside are really very expensive. I could hear the noise of outside club music from my room so better bring earplugs if you wanna sleep, lot of young party goers at this hostel so it is difficult to sleep at night.Staff prompt me that I was bringing beer from outside to my room when I was only having personal belongings. The good thing I found is that it is near the beach and it is cheap compare to hotels around. It was the worst the hostel I have been in Thailand.
