This is our main check-in window. Visit reception for a smooth full check-in experience, a short hostel tour, and local tips on Melbourne, tours, activities, and things to see.
🌙 6:30pm – 11:00pm | After-Hours Arrival
Arriving later? No worries. Our night porter will meet you at the main doors and provide access along with a brief orientation. Please call the number provided on arrival. Formal registration and full check-in will be completed the following day.
🚨 10:00pm – 9:00am | Emergency Access Only
We do not offer standard arrivals after 10:00pm and recommend arranging accommodation at a 24-hour hostel if arriving overnight. However, in the case of unforeseen emergency situations, our night porter can provide access so you’re not left stranded. Please note that an emergency call-out service fee of $49 applies in these situations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
