Except for one manager, the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. The hostel has no space to store luggage in the rooms, only a small locked drawer that doesn't fit a backpack. The hostel has barely 20 lockers for everyone, way too few for its size. On the other hand, they force you to check out every day, which is crazy. They prevent you from accessing your room, and even if you forgot something, they won't help you out.
