Please note that arrivals after 22:00 can be charged extra and may be refused. Please contact the property directly to inform them about your expected arrival time.
Breakfast is served between 8:00-10:00.
The bar is open until 23:00.
At least two free walking tours start on a daily basis. The tours are in English, French and Spanish.
Minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
Parking is available at parking garage, P+R The Loop/Expo. Guests can then take tram 1 to the city center. We are in a low-emission zone + pedestrian zone. Parking is available just outside this pedestrian zone on 100 meters from the hostel.
We are renovating the roof slates untill july 4th.
The works will take place on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00,
and occasionally on Saturdays from 9:30 to 15:00.
Work is only being done on the exterior of the building.
We have made clear arrangements with the contractor to keep any inconvenience for our guests to a minimum.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
