Pet Policy •Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 30 kg or less. • Only dogs allowed. • Max 1 dog in studios; max 2 dogs in larger apartments. • Pet fee: €25 per pet/night (weekly cap: €100 for 1 dog, €150 for 2 dogs; applied automatically for stays ≥5 nights). Rules • Dogs must stay on the floor or on guest-provided pet blankets (no access to beds/sofas). • Must be leashed in all common areas. • Guests must clean up pet waste immediately. • Dogs may not be left unsupervised for extended periods (local regulations). Liability • Guests are responsible for all damages or disturbances caused by their pet. • Third-party liability insurance is required. • The property may request removal of pets in case of risk or nuisance. Note: Full pet policy and detailed terms are available in the property’s Terms & Conditions document. • Breakfast is served upon request and requires prior notice, no later than 17:00 on the day before the requested break fast rate please note the breakfast rate is 25 € per person Swimming pool is seasonal and weather-dependent, usually available from mid-May to September. Sauna is generally available from October to April. Availability may vary due to weather, maintenance, or operational reasons. One parking space is available per reservation. Guests arriving with larger vehicles, such as vans or multi-person carriers, should check with the host before booking. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Parties are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
