Payments are calculated according to the hotel's daily fixed exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded. Please note that for bookings made by a third party, the property requires an email from the third party granting authorisation to process the payment. Guests requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments. Please note that an additional charge of PLN 50 before 14:00 is applicable for Early check-in and until 18:00 for Late check-out. Breakfast is served in the conference spaces. We would like to kindly inform you that during your stay renovation works will be carried out in the hotel’s restaurant and reception areas. As a result, there may be temporary organizational changes affecting the operation of certain public spaces.
