“Ce n'est pas la première fois que je loge ici mais je trouve que ça se dégrade. En fait les personnes qui travaillent font un travail remarquable. Mais malheureusement elles ne sont pas assez et je trouve que ça commence à devenir un peu critique point de vue sécurité. Par exemple à l'accueil il y a seulement une seule personne peu importe l'heure de jour comme de nuit. Les douches commencent à rouiller. Le sol des chambres n'est pas vraiment nettoyé les lits sont pas bien fait. Il manque pas grand-chose pour que ce soit parfait. À mon arrivée, il y avait une panne électrique et la fille de l'accueil faisait de son mieux pour tout gérer car en même temps il y avait plein de check-in mais aucun accès informatique. Félicitations à elle. Les femmes de ménage ont tellement de travail qu'elles ne peuvent pas faire plus par manque de temps. La nuit il y a une seule fille à l'accueil alors que nous sommes sur un axe des plus passant. J'ai eu un problème d'odeur avec un colocataire mais elle a bien géré. Je reviendrai pour voir si il y a des améliorations et ce sera ma quatrième fois.”

This isn't the first time I've stayed here but I find that it's deteriorating. Actually, the people who work here do a remarkable job. But unfortunately there aren't enough of them and I find that it's starting to become a bit critical from a safety perspective. For example, at reception there's only one person no matter what time of day or night. The showers are starting to rust. The floors in the rooms aren't really cleaned and the beds aren't made properly. There's not much missing for it to be perfect. Upon my arrival, there was a power outage and the reception girl was doing her best to manage everything because at the same time there were lots of check-ins but no computer access. Congratulations to her. The housekeeping staff have so much work that they can't do more due to lack of time. At night there's only one girl at reception while we're on one of the busiest routes. I had a problem with an odor from a roommate but she handled it well. I'll come back to see if there are improvements and it will be my fourth time.

Great place. Lil spendy for the private suite tho but I had to work remote while there. Typical loud construction/sirens/etc outside but what do you expect in centre of city?! Staff was cute and kind and helpful. I would go back especially if I didn't have to work :)
