“There is no "front desk". Everything is electronic, including getting in the main door, checking in and entering the room. If there's a problem, you text (or call) for service. My texts were answered promptly. The directory in the room says breakfast is included, but it's only coffee (powdered) or tea. No juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries or the like. Housekeeping is efficient and prompt. No problems with the shared bath and toilets. Try La Boulangerie down Hayes for a nice breakfast in a pleasant environment. ”
