“Recientemente reformado los bungalows son muy agradables y cómodos, con terrazas propias, comedor de jardines, hamacas. Los espacios ajardinados y el solarium con piscina están muy cuidados y resultan muy agradables, al igual que la buena idea de plantar las mesas del desayuno en el jardín que permiten pasar un rato muy dulce . El personal es sonriente, y atento. Esta muy bien situado, a un paso del Yumbo Center. El único punto oscuro: la gran mayoría de los huéspedes son de origen alemán con poca gracia y dificultad para sociabilizar , a penas responden a un simple saludo ... ”

Recently renovated, the bungalows are very pleasant and comfortable, with private terraces, garden dining area, and hammocks. The landscaped spaces and solarium with swimming pool are very well maintained and quite lovely, as is the nice idea of setting breakfast tables in the garden, which allows for a very sweet time. The staff is cheerful and attentive. It is very well located, just steps away from Yumbo Center. The only downside: the vast majority of guests are of German origin with little charm and difficulty socializing; they barely respond to a simple greeting...

I like Artemisa (2nd time there). The location is just perfect - super close to Yumbo. Breakfast is basic (bread, butter, jam, eggs and some meat). Bungalows are nicely equipped with the basics. The things they could improve: contact. It's really a struggle. Had 3 (!) different phone numbers. On two, nobody answered. 3rd was ********. there I got an answer, when I texted them to announce my arrival. 2nd improvement: late checkout. They don't offer that. Even when your bungalow is free until the next day, you cannot do late checkout. The reason they provide you is a bit weird. These are the main points I see they could improve. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there very much. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We had a nice stay here. Location is ideal for the Yumbo Centre. Description says there is a tennis court and mini golf which is not accurate and also we had no fan in our room. It is a very German-centric venue so being English that created a bit of a language barrier interacting with other guests. Axelbeach hotel is just around the corner so be prepared to listen to their music/parties at various times. I think the booking is via a 3rd party agent as when I tried to call to confirm arrival time they directed me to a different number which wasn't answered. As it happened out of hours arrival was very smooth using the ******** number by the gate.

My now third stay at the Artemisa was, like the two before it, very pleasant. Under new management, I believe all the bungalows have been renovated inside. While the Wi-Fi problem will probably never be solved due to the concrete buildings from the 80s, I personally don't see it as that dramatic. The breakfast, which is included with the B&B offer, is sufficient. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
