Juan Manuel·5·May. 2025· "Hello, please pay attention to the hotel team's business hours to communicate with them. In my case, I couldn't find the emails they sent me and when I arrived they weren't able to assist me. Messages end up in your spam folder. I like the place. The staff was very attentive. Best regards"

Marco·4·May. 2024· "The hotel is very nice and it is located just in the middle of the old Guadalajara Historic Center. You can safely walk the area even during the night since there is plenty of people moving around. Gay bars and pubs are in a very short distance from this hotel, they are reachable by uber/taxi in no more than 15 mins.
One observations for the hotel: My room was not ready at arrival even though I arrived around 4 pm. I had to wait for more than 1 hr in the lobby to get into my room and this is not nice. Having a contingency some times is OK, but you need to accommodate guests in other rooms if necessary even if you need to re-organize subsequent check-ins. Otherwise you are putting the responsibility of your contingency in your guests shoulders."

Argentina by Pardela - LOFT nuevo Colonia Americana

James·5·Jul. 2024· "The staff of this property were fantastic! The unit had a substantial wow factor upon entering. The concrete, wood, glass, steel all made for a superb first impression. Two of the four sides of this unit are all floor to ceiling glass offering wonderful views of GDL. After living in this unit for a week, I will summarize the unit as being designed with 100% form in mind and minuscule function in mind. Biggest issue for me was the lack of black-out curtains. Tough to get a good night sleep if one is used to a dark bedroom. If you need a dark sleeping room, this unit is absolutely not for you. Second issue is related to the work desk. The desk is massive and well-placed in the room. But there are zero sources of electricity on the desk or even close to the desk. I had to buy an extension cord so that I could use my computer on the otherwise fabulous desk. So, if you plan to do any work while in this unit, bring an extension cord. And third is related to sound proofing. The noise from the unit above was annoying leading me to believe that there was minimal sound proofing in the ceiling area. To summarize, the unit is attractive and safe. The location is phenomenal. The washer and dryer were great. But the functional aspects of the unit were clearly secondary to the rigid design parameters of the unit. I will finish by saying the staff were outstanding. Responsive. Friendly.
