During the day, you can watch birds feeding right outside the window, they've put out seeds, and it's such a peaceful touch. There are also beautiful plants around, which make you feel really connected. The location is perfect too. I totally recommend staying here!"

Peace and quiet, proximity to Noto and the sea, and very friendly hosts who are full of good tips on things to discover in the area! Bonus: lots of good snacks await you in the room, which makes the experience even nicer!

We stayed for three nights in the "Smile" room: it was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The terrace and pool are magnificent, and everything was spotlessly clean. We really felt like we were staying with close friends. Anthony and Jean-Pierre, we appreciate the hospitality you showed us from the very start and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Helge is one of the most responsive host ever and it's a pity we didn't manage to meet him because of our schedule. However through the exchanges and how well everything was explained and prepared for us, it's clear that Helge is a caring host and a friendly person. We highly recommend! Thanks again Helge"

Kendall·5·Jul. 2023· "Falafel 🐶 was amazing. He gave lots of kisses and did a good job!! The hosts were okay, too! ❤🙌🏼. Check in was easy. Otto could tell I was super jet lagged, he offered me a beer, some good advice on places to eat close by, and let me sleep. My biggest complaint is the bed was too comfortable. I slept 12 hours. Overall, welcoming, clean, quiet. Getting into the heart of London is so fast with the new Elizabeth line. EASY!! For those with allergies, like me, this place is dust free. Room and shared living space has no carpet. The puppy is TOTALLY hypoallergenic — yorkies don't have fur. I saw very little of David — but, my gosh, he seems just as wonderful and welcoming as Falafel and Otto. I hope I see them all again."

The guest room is very comfortable, with a large comfy reading chair - and the location is just minutes from restaurants in the center of Richmond. The attention to detail with the pinball gallery is impressively unique and fun. I was fortunate to meet my amicable host shortly before my morning departure."
