Private and independent room, in the Netina countryside, 5/6 km from the center of Noto and 10 minutes from the beautiful Vendicari reserve.
The room overlooking nature has the amenities for a short relaxing vacation , out of the city chaos, but convenient to services, we offer a room equipped with comforts, with the possibility of including breakfast and have available the use of the pool.
In the house there is the presence of a dog and and two cats, docile and unobtrusive.

The room has its own separate entrance with private bathroom, not really adjacent to our home, what we ask and offer is respect, discretion and quiet. We have a dog and a cat who will never come to your room but are sweet and playful. The pool is a common place for both of us so it cannot be used for parties or noise. Music is welcome at all times. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance your arrival time so we can help each other .

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. The room is very comfortable with its private bathroom, the pool offers a stunning view of the valley and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Peace and quiet, proximity to Noto and the sea, and very friendly hosts who are full of good tips on things to discover in the area! Bonus: lots of good snacks await you in the room, which makes the experience even nicer! See you soon!

Ale & Fede are lovely hosts that make you feel at home the moment you get to the property. We even had a barbecue with them one night. The place is spotless, just 10min drive from Noto but perfect to escape any city and full of nature and tranquillity. You won't hear anything at night, and during the day you can enjoy a beautiful pool. And 2 lovely dogs 😍 highly recommend!

This is definitely the perfect place if you're looking for peace and quiet, impeccable service, and luxury. Ale and Fred are incredibly helpful hosts, and you'll feel right at home with them. It's an oasis of calm, just a short distance from the town of Noto or the beach. Plus ❤ service of dogs and cat. Thanks for everything.

I would give 10 ⭐ out of 5 if it were possible, the experience with our 2 hosts was so heavenly in the middle of the garden, the dogs and cat, with attentive care plus the comfort of the ideally located house near the beautiful Marianelli and Noto beaches. We're sure to come back! Grazie 1000 😘😘

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful home of Alessandro and Federico. Located among the olive trees just outside Noto. The accommodation was modern and equipped with all amenities. Our hosts were exceptionally caring and gave us valuable tips to make the most of our vacation. We definitely hope to return here and can heartily recommend this place and the wonderful hosts!

Alessandro and Federico gave us a 5-star welcome. They are kind and thoughtful hosts, attentive to guests' needs and making them feel at home. The beautiful and spotlessly clean room is an annex of their house that overlooks the garden and pool. We had a wonderful time, it's a pity we only stayed for a few days but we hope to return soon.
