Elegant and spacious two-room apartment (60 sqm), located on the 1st floor of in an old independent building completely renovated, full of elegant details, tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort.
The apartment consists of: a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed;a large bedroom with double bed and possibility of extra bed; a refined bathroom with shower.
The two-room apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV with free Netflix viewing, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and wireless Internet connection. The apartment has balconies and is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people.
The apartment building is located in the historic center in one of Catania's oldest neighborhoods, 300 meters from the Benedictine Monastery, 400 meters from Piazza Duomo and Ursino Castle, and is easily accessible from the airport (only 5 km away).
Nearby are several stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and Catania's famous fish market.
All guests have access to the wonderful roof garden on the second floor.
The cost for final cleaning and provision of bed and bath linens is not included in the total. EUR 30 is due at check-in for this service.
A mandatory tourist tax of EUR 3 per person for the first 4 nights is also due.
