Room in apartment with terrace

I had a really lovely time there. Everything was as described. The rooftop terrace, or more precisely the rooftop garden, was really beautiful and wonderful for breakfast or in the evening for a last drink. The communication was very good and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and I would come back anytime. Thank you 😊

Well, staying at Giovanni's place is a wonderful experience. It's a combination of quality, good taste, freedom. The house decorations are of a unique style, there are many common spaces and spacious areas to share, all decorated with excellent taste and refinement. The terrace is incomparable. I would return and recommend it 1000 times.

Just perfect!!! It felt like being in paradise. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. We had a room, not too big, but very cosy with a separate bathroom. The kitchen and the living room have to be shared with the other guests. It is a 5 minutes walk towards the central piazza of the city. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We loved to stay in the very nice designed apartment.

The guys Giovanni Vincenzo and Salvo are fantastic, wonderful people, always available for everything and they give you truly precious advice. I had some problems with my arrival in Catania because unfortunately there was an air traffic controllers' strike on the day of departure, so I had to move my arrival to Wednesday, but we quickly found a solution with them trying to recover the lost days. They were very helpful. For this reason and for their wonderful character, I can say with extreme pleasure that I have found great friends, the greatest wealth you can get from a vacation. The b&b's location is extremely convenient, central and well-served, just steps away from the Cathedral of Sant'Agata. The rooms and common areas are really beautiful, of quality, and decorated with great artistic taste in the details. They also have a splendid shop of objects and furnishings, with unique pieces created by local Sicilian artists/artisans, anything but obvious and commercial. What can I say.. it was truly a wonderful vacation also and especially thanks to them, I hope to return soon to visit them! Rating 10+ Federico.

Catania has been really pleasant for our sicily journey and Giovanni's house is just in the middle location where Catania's suburban area and old town meets! The house was pretty clean and very well designed/constructed by an architect and it has a marvelous Rolf-Garden where can be chilled in the morning with coffee and takes only 7-8 walking distance to Catania's architectural main square. Recommended!

The accommodation is very centrally located in the city of Catania. There are 3 rooms available for rent. The room with bathroom that we got was very small. But it wasn't a problem since you can use a complete apartment with kitchen together. The roof terrace with several seating areas is also beautiful. After exploring Catania, we spent the rest of the day on the roof terrace in a cozy pergola. We felt very comfortable and will stay here again on another occasion.

A 10 min walk from the main square, really easy to find. I was meet by my host and he upgraded me to a nice large 2 rooms apartment in the same building. The flat was very stylish and quiet, no noise from the street and I had my own private patio. I really enjoyed my stay very much and I am happy to recommend
