The room, which is directly connected (4 steps) to the roof garden, is located in an apartment located on the 2nd floor of an old mansion recently renovated with care and attention to detail.
There are large common areas in the apartment that can be used by all guests, such as: dining room, kitchen, living room with TV. There is a beautiful terrace with plants, flowers and deck chairs available for guests.
The small building is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Catania, 300 meters from the Benedictine Monastery, 400 meters from Piazza Duomo, Ursino Castle, Odeon and Romano theaters and is easily accessible from the airport (only 5 km away).
Nearby are several stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and Catania's famous fish market.
