A few minutes' walk away, the Italia and Galatea metro stops allow you to reach the historic center in just 5 minutes, passing through Corso Italia, a renowned shopping street in Catania. In the area there are several bus stops that ******** connections to the airport and the rest of the city. The neighborhood is served by petrol stations, pharmacies, tobacconists, shops and supermarkets, the closest just below the house! The apartment is located 500 meters from the cliff and from the equipped bathing areas. The accommodation is located in a highly frequented, safe commercial, financial, residential district and served by metro, bus and paid street parking. With a small additional cost it is possible to park your car in a private garage inside the building.

Emanuele's property is such a nice place to stay whilst in Catania. Although it is a little bit out of the historical centre, it was a nice neighbourhood and you can walk to the main attractions in about half hour. The apartment is brilliant. Well decorated and comfortable - it's a great space. Emanuele was incredibly communicative and helpful - he messaged me days ahead of my arrival to make contact, and even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived! Thank you so much, Emanuele!

Beautiful apartment just outside the center of Catania, easily reachable on foot or by public transport. Emanuele is very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Catania. Thank you

Emanuele was very welcoming and a great guy. The place is well located with excellent restaurants nearby. The appartement is nice and spacious. We shared a great aperitivo with him and a friend.

Great place, spacious bright clean and located in a lovely area of Catania close to the coast and city center, there is a handy supermarket just beside the main entrance and a few great coffee shops were to have either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room offers a lot of privacy and a big desk where I could work from, it was a perfect stay
