The home is very clean and well kept. The photos don't do the space justice. The living room is large with ample seating at both the dining table and living room. The large doors in the primary bedroom and living room open up to the terrace, creating a lovely, airy space. The only issue with the bedrooms is one does not have a bathroom attached; so one would need to go through one of the other bedrooms to access a bathroom. There is daily housekeeping service and pool cleaning on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The outdoor space on the roof is phenomenal. We spent the bulk of our time up there when we were at the house. There are multiple seating areas in both the sun and shade. The heated pool is larger than the photos suggest. The views of the city and ocean below is excellent. There is a third bathroom on the roof, which is very convenient.
Location
Location is excellent. It's a 10-15 minute walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It's a short $2-3 USD Uber ride back up the hill to the property when you don't feel like walking up the hill. The Zona Romantica was always very busy and energetic; it was nice to have the quiet and solitude of the house to return to after a day or night out.
Service
Great service from the property manager. He was there to greet us and show us around the home when we arrived. He was easily accessible to communicate with over ******** for any questions we had. It was apparent he wanted us to have the best experience possible.

I was in Fresno for business, and appreciated the spaciousness and relaxing environment of his home after a long day at work. Amenities were thoughtful and accommodations were personable. It was a pleasure conversing with Eric in the morning, as it made a great start to the rest of my day. Through our discussions, I even found out we knew some people in common. Now that's how you host a guest. Will definitely book his place whenever I'm in town."
