Absolutly beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Agustin was great to work with during booking and arrival in beautiful PV. The rooftop pool, hot tub, and views are all amazing! Location....location......location. 3-4 easy flat blocks from The Corner Bar, Flamingoes, and about 8 easy blocks the Los Muertos Pier. Food nearby.....anything you want from Red Snapper/Coconut Shrimp, Indian, Thai, and Vietnamese. PV has become a foodie paradise! Thanks again PV and Agustin for the wonderful memories! This our second time staying at this unit. The location is perfect, you are just on the edge of the Romantica Zone, but far enough away from the street noise and the construction of this very popular area of Mexico. This unit is good for short term stays. The contact Augstin has available while your staying here, is wonderful and helpful. The unit has been updated since we stayed here in June. The view from the roof top pool and terrace are amazing, watching the sun rise/set are a daily must. The building is safe and secure, and the condo is equipped.

Location is perfect, you are within a KM of the "gay beach" the Smart Studio is perfect, very efficient, set up wonderful, you have all that you need for a weekend or an extended stay, will stay here again, unit is clean, bright, tastefully decorated, unit and building are secure and safe, walking distance to what you need, groceries, local markets, new restaurants to discover, the roof top pool has awe inspiring views day and night, if you do not want to head to the beach you can see the ocean on a daily basis. The unit is bright, and comfortable. Paulina, our contact while using the condo was there to welcome you with a wonderful smile, as well as helpful to navigate if you needed something specific, thank-you again Pauline as well as Gusty, we truly enjoyed our stay in your home and are looking forward to returning again.

Location is perfect, just far enough from the beach to enjoy the sights of the area. This location has everything you need within a KM to do local shopping, and dinners, and the clubs, was fun exploring the area, always something new around each street you follow. Paulina is a wonderful contact, greeted you with a wonderful smile, the Smart Studio is perfect for a weekend or an extended stay. The views from the roof top were amazing each day and night, very secure building.
