Luxe 2b/2ba Puerto Vallarta Condo, in the Heart of Zona Romántica

We had a wonderful stay at Shaun's condo! The space was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance of many popular restaurants, bars, and attractions. Shaun's welcome basket was a thoughtful touch, and the condo was fully stocked with toiletries and everything we needed. Mary, the house manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful infinity pool and amenities. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!

5 Stars all across! I can't say enough how great this home was. It was clean. Fully stocked kitchen. We didn't need anything. If you're staying for a while, ask Mary the property manager where to get groceries to cook at home. Beach, bath, and kitchen towels all provided. Even in the hot humid outside, the place stays cool and dry. The patio is spacious and has a great view. The primary bedroom and on-suite are spacious as well. We enjoyed the rooftop private infinity pool area! Great stay!

Accommodation was clean, decorated well, all appliances and HVAC in good working order. Bright and open. Nice amenities welcome basket and plenty of information about local restaurants, shops and activities. At night it was somewhat noisy with Karaoke bar one street over from master bedroom. Good communication as needed with property manager.

We enjoyed our stay at Luxe 2b/2ba Puerto Vallarta Condo greatly. The location was perfect, Mary was wonderful to work with both checking in and out. Excellent modern layout, comfortable and the pool on the roof was to die for! We would gladly book the place again the next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

The place was wonderful. Large and bright. Loved the balconies on both the front and back of the building. The front balcony was very large and had very comfortable furniture to relax. The location is great, right in the middle of the Romantic Zone, easy walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. But as another review mentioned-- because you are in the heart of it all -- the area is noisy and some of that noise can go quite late into the evening. It was not a bother to us, but folks that are sensitive to noise should be prepared. The check-in and check-out process was easy and painless -- Mary was a joy to talk to and she gave great advice on our stay in PV.

Book this place NOW! It is such an amazing place to stay during your visit to PV. The condo is modern, clean and the complex overall is 10/10. It is walking distance to amazing food and fun.

Excellent/Beautiful place. Since we walked in, we felt invited & most important very comfortable. Very modern & very clean. Decided to take my mom & aunt to Puerto vallarta for their first time & they were impressed as soon as they walked in, they loved your place. Restaurants, bars are all around & the beach only about 4 blocks down. We all felt right at home. Thank you for letting us have an amazing experience at Puerto Vallarta & an amazing stay at your place.

What an amazing location and very well set up for extended stay for either relaxing or enjoy the local life. The condo was as described and couldn't have asked for more. I would 100% stay here again. I can tell the owner take pride in their place and added just the right touches to make you feel welcomed. The property amenities were great and Mary the Manager assisting us was a Doll. While it is in a busy tourist area and can get busy and loud it was easy to close up and have some peace when needed. I felt very safe and secure in the building and out in the neighborhood.
