Brand new amazing loft in the heart of Romantic zone in dowtown

The space is beautiful. I love the modern shower & the bed was very comfortable. It was very convenient to the bars and restaurants.

I’d like to provide an honest review for this rental. I think this apartment is great for a certain traveller, but I wish I had known these things in advance. The Good: The space was modern, comfortable, and clean. The rooftop pool was great, and the location is AMAZING. The Challenging: Check-in is 4pm which in my opinion is pretty late. I was told they would try to let me check in earlier, but after waiting around a few hours they told me that a couch was being delivered and I would have to wait until 4. It really was a waste of a day which is a shame because I was on a short trip. With better communication I could have planned differently The building has a very strict guest policy. You are NOT allowed any guests at the pool. You are only allowed a maximum of 2 guests in your room and they must leave their IDs at the front desk. So if you are looking to bring a friend over for a visit make sure they have ID. The fridge was a tiny minifridge The Gym needed to be booked in advance and could only be used by 2 people Those are my thoughts.. I think the place is great for a certain traveller but unfortunately it didn’t work for the trip I wanted

Everything we experienced at this listing was as advertised in the pictures as well as the description. The condo is beautiful and was very comfortable for the time we spent inside. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof top was wonderful and has beautiful views of the city, mountains, and Banderas Bay. The view from the studio looks over the city and the beautiful Rio Cuale. Wifi was excellent. Surrounded by great restaurants. Short walk (2-3 blocks) to the nightlife of Zona Romantica. Bank - 2 blocks away to exchange US$ to Pesos - very convenient. Short walk (3 blocks) to the Malecon and beach. 10-12 minute walk to Los Muertos pier and beach! Overall, a wonderful experience staying at this studio!

The apartment is in a great location, close to the boardwalk, food, clubs, etc. It's clean, quiet, and the hosts were very responsive. Note that you may have a different person meet you and pick up keys than the host listed. Nonetheless, communication was great. We'd totally stay here again

The building is brand new and has all the modern amenities including an awesome rooftop pool, which was rarely occupied and I was able to benefit from with much privacy. The apartment was clean and modern with a wall of windows that could open up to let the breeze in- was particularly nice during the rainstorms. Big downfall however is the mattress was beyond firm and incredibly uncomfortable, as well as the linens were a bit cheap and could be more invested in. Overall decent experience.
