V399 Condo********

Excellent location for enjoying Romantic Zone and Los Muertos beach. Super spacious, well-equipped condo. I most enjoyed the luxury of the rooftop pool and comfortable rooftop seating and views. I met several residents and guests having drinks on the roof at sunset. I also enjoyed the extra-large bed and large master bathroom shower. The air-conditioning was excellent, especially during my visit in the first weeks of July when the heat and humidity were very intense. Having a full kitchen and large dining table allowed me to easily host friends for a world cup watch party. The front desk staff and the host were amazing and provided all kinds of helpful information. Highly recommended. I will definitely look to rent here again.

PROS: Excellent location to shops, restaurants, clubs, tours, beach, etc, but quiet in the apartment and on the roof. Roof pool, hot tub and lounge chairs are a huge perk. Comfortable bed, pillows, and sofa. Decent bathrooms and showers. Well stocked kitchen. Great air conditioning, ceiling fans, and lighting. Property management staff were great, too. CONS: Poor and disorganized check in experience -- the metal door in front of the apartment unit was locked -- that was remedied the following day and made right with a late check out. Just make sure to double-confirm all check in details with the host's property management staff before you arrive.

All around pretty awesome stay. One can't beat the location and the place has everything one would need for a holiday. The communication from start to finish was seamless and had access to the property manager the whole time who always checked in if we needed anything. The rooftop and pool were fantastic and one got to meet some of the residents and made to feel welcome. The availability of a cleaner during our stay made it even better. The place was the perfect size.

Spent a week at this property and had a lovely time. Check in was easy and supported by on-site administration. Location is perfect, right by everything yet not drowned in noise. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment with every amenity imaginable. Spectacular roof top. Near everything but the noise! Concerned and responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

I loved this place, perfect location, it's close to best bars and restaurants and close to the beach as well. Very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need, kitchen, laundry etc.

We were delighted to be able to stay at Alberto's condo at V399. It is everything as advertised. It is comfortable, clean, modern and is in a great locations. Alberto is an amazing host and everything was very smooth in terms of check-in and our stay. We highly recommend Alberto's condo as a wonderful place to stay and looking forward to being there again next year.
