Awesome host. Very accommodating. Even assisted me in giving directions to my uber driver when they were turned around. I enjoyed the private street level entry. It was very convenient to restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay at Jean's place. He is a nice gentleman and his hospitality was encouraging to go back. I stayed in Studio which was clean and decent. Thank you Jean and hope to see you again.

I'll just say this .the location was amazing The street cats around the building Super cute . if the hot water runs out .. let it run for a bit.. it'll eventually work.. . Also .. do not go up on the pool roof even if you have a key after 8pm 😂 whoops .. but other than that .... The bathroom could be bigger.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming studio and host was wonderful. as they would say Location, location, location. Property was beautiful with a pool and awesome people and hot guys everywhere. I definitely will return in the future.

I was very happy with the studio. It was very quiet but so close to everything, the location is really great. It was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen which was very nice. I would definitely stay again if I return.

Everything worked out perfect. Highly recommended!! Especially the pool is amazing!! Jean is super nice and helpful!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this property. Complete excellence: cleanliness, location, communication, safety, amenities. It far exceeded my expectations. My only regret was not having enough time (I explored for 5 days) to enjoy the lovely terrace and pool area with the hosts and other guests. They were all incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this listing. It is in walking distance to everything! I will most definitely be back.

I’m checking out tomorrow after being here two weeks in February 2024, and have nothing but good things to say about it. It may sound unbelievable, but I had never personally rented an ******** before, and this was my first time using MrB&B, and I liked using the app and also supporting the community. This place was perfect for me, I already plan to come back next year. Great little studio, not fancy, but it has all the basics. The pictures match reality – I couldn’t tell till I got here, but the bathroom (toilet, shower, stall) are tucked behind the bed and up a step, and perfectly useful - toilet flushed great, plenty of readily available hot water & towels. Hosts were exceptionally helpful and live in the building where the units are so they are available if there’s any problems or if you needed advice. They took care of things I did not even know were problems (they had someone out to fix the a/C unit which I thought was working fine - and it was taken care of quickly while I was out anyway). And it was clear to me that the terrace with pool and washer/dryer were for the use of all guests, not any particular unit - I’m not sure why anyone would think it was for private parties. Hosts provided laundry detergent for W/D – I did wash one load because I arrived during a few days of rain (extremely unusual this time of year) and clothes got wet. At the end of the trip I dropped stuff off at a cheap lavanderia a short block away instead because I did not want to spend more time doing laundry (chores!) while I was on vacation. But very handy to have available if you need it! Note that you’re staying away from the beach, but the beach is a very short walk away. You are at the end of one of the main drags in town, the one with most of the restaurants and shops (Basilio). This is the first time I’ve stayed away from the beach, and I liked this area and this rental. The building is a little tricky to find, tucked away on a small dead-end street that’s right in the middle of things, but that makes it feel more private and safe. The place seemed popular, I had a sense of there being a mix of returning regulars and those in for the first time like me. Other than doing laundry one morning, I did not spend any time on the little terrace with the little pool, so I can’t really comment on that. I feel like I got great value for my money, and would stay here again without hesitation.
