Our amazing studio is in the heart of the Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta; it is only 4 blocks from the beach, and it is very close to the bars and restaurants.

This cozzy studio is conveniently located in the heart of Zona Romántica (Downtown) where you can find all the bars, restaurants, gallerys, shops and boutiques with a 1 minute walk from our studio.

We provide refrigerator, 2 burners electric cooktop, microwave, AC at bedrooom and living area, king size bed, cups, plates, coffe maker, cutlery, cut board, bread and pots, bath towels, Pool towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body Wash, dishwashing soap, dishwashing sponge. Iron and ironing board may be provided upon request with no extra cost.

You are allowed to use our telephone line to call home (check out the allowed countys), our internet speed is very good in you want to watch ********.

This beautiful studio perfectly accommodates 2 adults, the bed has a super nice mattress and we have a confy sofa that can be turnes into a bed. This unit is very fresh and we have 2 ac units for your better comfort. Smoking is not allowed inside our property. You can smoke at the terrace area as long as you pick up your cigarrette butts and put the in the garbage.

Very very nice place . Great location . If you turn right you are few minutes from the center of puerto vallarta if you turn left you are few minutes from the beach . Quite area. Don't do like i did... that I didn't read the instructions under the TV. I really like the apartment. It has everything you need. Nice neighbors . There is a little hill to get there.. nothing mayor . You don't need car in this location

This was my fifth year coming to Puerto Vallarta, I have stayed at 4 different places and this is by far my favorite. I love its location as it's central to the gay bars and restaurants. There is a slight hill to walk up to get to the building, but I love the extra exercise. I'll be staying here every year I come 😃

This is the second year I have stayed here and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Mónica is fantastic at communicating with any guest needs. The apartment is very well maintained, and very secure. Will be staying here every time I come to town.

Gorgeous, clean, and beautiful space. Has everything you need. Looks exactly like the pictures. There is a pretty busy highway you need to cross, with no crosswalk, which can be a little scary sometimes. But the location is great. Just far enough away from the crazy loud bars but Close enough there was no need to take a cab too and from the heart of the Zona Romantica area and /or to the beach. Monica gave us great suggestions on places to check out close by, as well the checking in process was super easy. Monica gave great instructions and we found the place and got in without any issues. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend 100%.
