We want to thank you for helping to make our vacation both fun and memorable. We loved everything about the experience. The location of the condo is perfect; just a short walk to the beach, and all our favourite restaurants, clubs and bars. The unit was exactly as advertised and well appointed throughout. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils, washer and dryer and 2 TV's. We appreciated the cleaning halfway through our stay. The terrace was spacious and the view is spectacular. The gym has all new equipment and enough variety for everyone's needs. And the heated rooftop pool is magnificent. Never overcrowded and stunning views of the whole bay. This was my fifth trip to PV and by far my favorite place I've stayed. The balcony, central location, and rooftop heated pool were definite highlights. The two elevators some people mention weren't a big deal at all—super easy once you get the hang of it, and crossing the street was no problem either. We had a small hiccup during the stay, but it was resolved. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sean!

Just spent 5 nights at SOHO. Shaun was great at communicating and answering my questions. The unit is cool and modern and the welcome basket of vodka and snacks was a classy touch. The infinity pool on the roof is amazing and the location is awesome- very short walk to all the action. My only (minor) issues were that is rather on the noisy side being on a busy road plus lots of construction going on. (Earplugs helped block out the noise while sleeping.) Also, when you check in you are forced to wear a white wristband (similar to what you would get in a hospital) for your entire stay- you couldn't take it off at night. It was rather sharp and uncomfortable and didn't exactly coordinate with most outfits. (Again, this is the building requirement and the front desk did tell me that they get many complaints about the wristbands.) Overall, I highly recommend this unit and thank Shaun for making our first trip to Mexico special.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and has a large balcony with a wonderful view. The hosts stocked the refrigerator before our arrival which was greatly appreciated. The pool is fantastic and where drinks and food can be ordered. We, also, liked the well-equipped gym. The condo is conveniently located and just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and Act2. However, it faces a busy road and can be noisy there is some nearby construction which adds to the noise level so you have to tune it out when sitting on the balcony.

The property is brand new and beautiful. it is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the bars and restaurants. Communication with Mary prior to checking-in was clear and conscience. I only have two minor complaints is the pool (not the hosts fault). it is an amazing space but the pool is not heated, at all, and really is not usable because it is so cold. Second, I would be cautions having 4 people in the unit as advertised. it is one bed with a murphy that that pulls down and is smaller and not super comfortable. there were only two of us and it was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay. The unit is modern with many high-tech touches. Mary, the property manager, is a delight. Shaun was very responsive to our questions and our needs. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in the newest luxury building in the Zona Romantica! The bed slept comfortably and I was happy to not hear roosters in the morning waking me up (as I've experienced with so many rental flats in the grid of the Zona Romantica). So, instead of roosters waking me up, I woke up to the gorgeous breeze from the terrace where I would have a long coffee while looking at the expansive view of the bay! We made dinner in the flat a few times and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. Bathrooms and linens were nice, and when we needed it, the central a/c was powerful. But the biggest draw of this vacation rental was the rooftop pool - one of the largest I've ever seen! Those pictures in Shaun's listing are no exaggeration - the pool and rooftop bar is gorgeous!
