This condo is in the Pavilion complex, located just a scenic short walk to the stunning Los Muertos Beach and Malecon. Right outside the door you will find some of the finest restaurants, shops, craft stores, art galleries, and bars/nightclubs that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The building has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym and security. This location is convenient to everything. You will not be disappointed.

Only 2 people allowed to rent. Easy to have guests visit as long as they sign in with front desk. Unfortunately the condo doesn't allow pets for renters. We will allow 1 pet under 25#s with an additional fee of $100. We are in the heart of the Romantic Zone - A vibrate - alive neighborhood- we are on the quiet side of the street but you may occasionally hear joyful noise- Our condo sits by itself in the complex - no other condos attach to our unit, we are next to the 5th floor lap pool.
