Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom + den. It is ideal for a solo traveler, couple, or family with young kids staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen SmartTV, large closet, ceiling fan and A/C unit. Den has a day bed with twin bed and trundle. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for four. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.
The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a step out balcony with table and seating for four guests. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.
The rental covers all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, electricity), plus access to The Park Condominiums’ facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool deck. You’ll also have convenient amenities like an in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bath and pool towels, linens, and a welcome supply of household essentials are provided.
Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service.
*For stays June-October an energy surcharge may apply.

The building is one block from Los Muertos beach and surrounded by gay bars/clubs, restaurants, shops, bakeries, art galleries, beach clubs, and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk), all within walking distance. It is directly across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park, which hosts cultural events throughout the year, and features a local farmers market during winter and spring.
The building has 24/7 security, keycard access, staffed front desk, fitness center, and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city, and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, comfortable lounge furniture, gas BBQ grill, and a small kitchen where you can keep your favorite poolside beverages chilled.
