Romantic Zone 1Bd/1Ba+Den Lux Condo Gay Area View Rooftop Pool Sundeck

Just had my 1st stay at Christian's gorgeous condo right in the heart of Old Town (zona romántica)—hopefully the first of many!! He is an awesome host!! Always replies promptly and politely. Extremely helpful. The place is beyond gorgeous and in mint condition!! Not a stain, mark, or tear on anything!! Immaculate. Large rooms. Comfy bed. Sweeping views of city, ocean, and hills from balcony. Everything worked perfectly. THE best location in town!! And a dreamy rooftop lap pool and lounging area.

Fantastic place in the heart of PV - look out the balcony to the right and see the ocean and the city square. Look left and see Spartacus and gay bars literally down the block. Despite the location there was very little noise in our unit. Front desk staffed all day and night and they helped us get into our unit at 2p instead of 3p when the locks were programmed to open and we were sitting the lobby patiently waiting for our check in time. Beautiful rooftop pool. No outside visitors after 10pm so if you're hoping to have a little after hours party you probably need to just plan to meet at Spartacus.

I am beyond elated and grateful that I booked this condo and Christian confirmed it for the celebration of my birthday in PV. I actually ended up in the corner unit 1 bedroom on the second floor so my review relates to that unit 210. The building is in a great location, quiet at night , active by day, near many bars, restaurants , supermarkets, pharmacies , the Beach , and as you can see it has the fantastic rooftop space with infinity pool. The pictures of the rooftop don't do it justice. As soon as get off the elevator to the top floor you get 360 degree views of the city and mountains which envelope the rooftop . You feel youa re floating in the middle of the city . There was a constant breeze on the rooftop which made it more comfortable than street level where it could feel sticky and humid. The gym was great for early morning workouts and was in great condition. The conceirge/front desk team were helpful, friendly and all spoke English, but you could practice your Spanish with them too Elevators were fast The communication with Christian was fast , friendly , clear and straightforward. He provided lots of tips for a first timer like me- taxis, places to see, restaurants to visit The condo had a creat corner view, wrap around balcony , was extremely clean, had all the modern amenities , and after staying 5 days I didn't want to leave, it felt like home ! I'll definitely be going back to this condo and listing soon!

This a great space, very large and a great balcony. The roof top deck and pool are also large and we enjoyed it all week. It was never crowded. The bed was very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We booked our second week at this location, and we had another wonderful time. Everything was ready when we arrive the entire place was explained to us and we really enjoyed the views and the location. If I had to be critical, I would say that better pillows would make it make sleeping even better. Our host, Christian, and his mom, Jules took care of everything that we needed, including an issue with the power outage. Although the outage was resolved, I was confident that they would've found another solution for us should had it not returned.

After doing a little research, I decided to book here at Christians condominium. First, the location is excellent if you wish to be by all that action of the Romantic Zone. We were greeted my our host's mom who showed us the place , got us set up on the wifi and then toured through the building and rooftop pool deck where she pointed out attractions . The whole condo was clean and welcoming, we booked a second week. This place is our only place to stay in PV!

Our host Christian worked great with us as we had delayed flights to get in. Typically we stay at the Almar Resort, but we had so much fun at this location that we will definitely be back here. It was so convenient to nightlife and the restaurants. We discovered more spout PV on this short stay than the last 4 trip we went. We will be back!

Great experience! Super close to the action. Clean room with nice amenities. The front desk guys are very friendly and helpful.

Apartment description is accurate. Nice place, great location. Host should be transparent/foward regarding building rules. It only allows pre-registered guests and the rules are not consistent between the English and Spanish versions. We had to take a photo of the building rules, otherwise would not have access to them. One night shift receptionist(Armando) made derogatory and homophobe comments to my husband after he walked out a friend. Hope the HOA addresses this. Not a listing for MisterB&B
