Well-planned living space with a spacious master suite, a floor-to-ceiling built-in closet, and a large bathroom. Open concept inviting floor plan with a large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Steps to best restaurants, shopping, gym, and nightlife options. This beautiful unit features independent air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen tv and opens to a balcony with a city view. The adjoining dining area has a dining table that seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, gas oven, Vertuo Nespresso machine, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. A private laundry room with a new LG state-of-the-art washer and dryer is featured as well. High-Speed Fiber Optic internet service of up to 250 mbps is now available. A home office dedicated work area and a WiFi printer/scanner. Added TV service in the living room includes access to hundreds of live TV channels, foreign and domestic, as well as streaming services and access to movies and TV programs. The Fit Club Gym is located in the same complex; daily, weekly, and monthly passes may be purchased privately, directly from The Fit Club.

The best place we've ever stayed in PV. So cozy and quiet. Very well furnished and well equipped. Very responsive owners and local management. Little things like plenty of bottled water and paper goods and shower items. Returning next year for a month!!

10s across the board! The property was gorgeous and right in the heart of all we wanted to see! Our hosts were so responsive and communicated brilliantly. The property manager on site went above and beyond, helping us to arrange and get to an excursion we wanted to go on. I recommend staying here if you want to have a worry free and fantastic PV vacation!

My partner and I stayed at Gil & Elias's condo to celebrate my partner's birthday. We had an amazing stay and this was due in no small part to the condo. It was immaculately clean, located right in the middle of all of the restaurants and other activities we wanted to try, and yet was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and so were we. We used the kitchen more than once and it is very well equipped. Gil & Elias are excellent communicators and very thoughtful. They replied promptly to all of our queries and were very helpful when we needed to locate a close and quick COVID testing location. I would (and will) highly recommend their place to my friends and family looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Loved the proximity to Bars, restaurants, beaches and shopping. Building was very quiet, clean and safe with the door man 24/7 ensuring your safety. The condo was nicely furnished and spacious. Thanks Gil & Elias

Gil & Elias' Zona Romántica condo was perfect in every single way! My partner and I enjoyed how spacious and cozy it was, as well as the excellent views from the balcony and the relaxing pool area. The location honestly couldn't be better for getting to know Old Town/Zona Romántica. The condo staff and manager Juan Carlos were very welcoming and helpful.
