Enjoy your stay at this impeccably maintained Rivera Molino Condo located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just one block from the beach with 24-hr security, a large sunny pool, lush gardens, and extensive common areas close to Los Muertos Beach & Malecon.
Well-planned living space with a spacious master suite, a floor-to-ceiling built-in closet, and a large bathroom. Open concept inviting floor plan with a large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Steps to best restaurants, shopping, gym, and nightlife options.
This beautiful unit features independent air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen tv and opens to a balcony with a city view. The adjoining dining area has a dining table that seats four, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, gas oven, Vertuo Nespresso machine, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. A private laundry room with a new LG state-of-the-art washer and dryer is featured as well.
High-Speed Fiber Optic internet service of up to 250 mbps is now available.
A home office dedicated work area and a WiFi printer/scanner.
Added TV service in the living room includes access to hundreds of live TV channels, foreign and domestic, as well as streaming services and access to movies and TV programs.
