Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a step out balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for two. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.
The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with lounge furniture and seating for guests. Condo is on the second floor and overlooks Lazaro Cardenas Park. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.
The rental covers all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, electricity), plus access to The Park Condominiums’ facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool deck. You’ll also have convenient amenities like an in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bath and pool towels, linens, and a welcome supply of household essentials are provided.
Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service.
*For stays June-October an energy surcharge may apply.

It is directly across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park, which hosts cultural events throughout the year, and features a local farmers market during winter and spring.
The building has 24/7 security, keycard access, staffed front desk, fitness center, and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city, and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, comfortable lounge furniture, gas BBQ grill, and a small kitchen where you can keep your favorite poolside beverages chilled.

No pets, non-smoking unit, zero tolerance for drugs (which are illegal in Mexico). Maximum occupancy two adults. The building is staffed 24/7 and has keycard security access.
We own several other condos in the same building and can accommodate groups of friends or family and offer discounts for renting multiple units.
