Our condo is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a couple or solo traveler staying for a weekend or a long term stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a step out balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and custom designed with modern appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and breakfast bar with seating for two. A washer/dryer is included in the unit.

The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors (with remote control shades) that open to a wraparound balcony with lounge furniture and seating for guests. Condo is on the second floor and overlooks Lazaro Cardenas Park. Living room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and individual A/C unit.

The rental covers all utilities (WiFi, water, gas, electricity), plus access to The Park Condominiums’ facilities, including the fitness center and rooftop pool deck. You’ll also have convenient amenities like an in-room safe box, hangers, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Bath and pool towels, linens, and a welcome supply of household essentials are provided.

Rentals for 7+ days include once a week housekeeping service.

The condo is located at The Park, a boutique residential building with modern amenities in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's gay neighborhood, "The Romantic Zone". The building is one block from Los Muertos beach and surrounded by gay bars/clubs, restaurants, shops, bakeries, art galleries, beach clubs, and the famous "Malecon" (PV's oceanfront boardwalk), all within walking distance. It is directly across the street from the beachfront Lazaro Cardenas public park, which hosts cultural events throughout the year, and features a local farmers market during winter and spring.

The building has 24/7 security, keycard access, staffed front desk, fitness center, and rooftop terrace (7th floor) with amazing ocean, city, and mountain views. The terrace has an infinity edge saltwater swimming pool, comfortable lounge furniture, gas BBQ grill, and a small kitchen where you can keep your favorite poolside beverages chilled.

This is a boutique contemporary residential building with luxury condominiums and an amazing rooftop pool deck. Our neighbors are incredibly nice and respectful. We expect the same of our guests. No pets, non-smoking unit, zero tolerance for drugs (which are illegal in Mexico). Maximum occupancy two adults. The building is staffed 24/7 and has keycard security access. We own several other condos in the same building and can accommodate groups of friends or family and offer discounts for renting multiple units.

The apartment was right in the middle of PV's LGBTQ neighborhood, close to lots of nightlife and an easy walk to the beach. Can be a bit on the noisy side, so be aware of this if you are sensitive. If you are interested in PV's nightlife, this place is great. Lots of room to spread out and make yourself at home. Really comfortable.

The apartment is in an exceptional location overlooking the park and the 'buzz' of Puerto Vallarta. Spacious rooms with all the accesories and home goods we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. The staff at The Park could not have been more friendly or helpful. The adjacent grocery store was convenient and well stocked. Mornings walking through the town, afternoons at the pool and evenings exploring the nightlife from this location made a perfect vacation for us.

This place was outstanding- great location, amenities and decor. Everything was exactly as advertised except for the rooftop pool area, which was even better than the description. UV filtered water that was safe to drink was an unexpected bonus. The location of the building is right near a strip with all the big gay clubs, but the unit itself faces a side street so it's not too loud for street noise. The Saturday market at the park and buskers in the evening lent a great ambiance. I'll be hard-pressed to stay anywhere else when I come back. 10/10

OMG this listing was perfect! The spacious condo gives you everything you need to enjoy time away. The rooftop pool was amazing and the front desk staff were extremely friendly! I would definitely stay there again.

Christian's place is fantastic! It's the perfect location between the restaurants and bars, the beach, and the malecón. There is also a market conveniently located right outside the main door of the building. The corner unit is as lovely as it appears in the photos, and the rooftop pool is beautiful. The owners were waiting for me in the lobby when I arrived, and both Jason and Christian reached out to check in with me to make sure that I was enjoying my stay. I'll definitely return!
