Using the jacuzzi was wonderful. We felt welcome. The bedroom was spacious and clean. As was the spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't speak French. But with a translation app, communication was still possible. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone."

The room has a good space and comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood to sleep well. location is great as is equally distanced from South Beach and Wilton Manors. Close to Haulover beach and many options around to eat. Easy access to the highway. The room has direct access to the balcony which is a nice touch. great bathroom that you only share with him. He was flexible with check in and a great guy to talk and know. I truly feel i was visiting a friend, he is a very friendly guy and always making sure your stay goes smooth. highly recommended."

After that, you can do everything on foot with the tram 3 minutes away, perfect! Fabrice is a pleasant, welcoming host who is delighted to show you his region. And as a bonus, the lovely little tree-filled garden for relaxation moments. In short, I highly recommend it!"

Check in was easy and the location is very convenient with various methods of travel nearby within a short walking distance. The property is immaculate and has all the mod cons should you wish to use them. I felt very welcome and Thomas was both friendly and warm and went out of his way to ensure comfort. Although I wasn't in the property a lot, I very much appreciated the chats when we did cross paths. Thanks so much!!!!"

Vincent·5·Aug. 2026· "I have stayed with over 80 hosts, and everyone is different, which is what I especially like about the experience. I also like to stay with hosts nearby where I live. I treat it as a staycation. Here are the positive things I liked when I stayed with Fahd. First - the location - his place is in downtown Medford MA, which has great restaurants and a popular theater nearly - all within walking distance. His place is close to the highway and very convenient to public transit. Second is Fahd himself - communication with him prior to my arrival was excellent. He provided check-in directions and house rules ahead of time - all very reasonable. As he mentions, he is a professor who works full-time from home except when he teaches class. I enjoyed our conversations when he took a break from work. I like his dog, Brody. Once he gets to know you upon entry, he pretty much leaves you alone. Last but not least - his place - the pictures are accurate. My bedroom is a wonderful size. The bed was very comfortable. This is a great place if you want to work on a project with your computer. The space is very quiet - even with the windows open. There is no TV in the space, so you will need to use your computer or phone to watch anything. As I am sure you noticed, the pictures included a washer and dryer. Fahd graciously allowed me to use them. They are very high tech! In summary, I highly recommend staying with Fahd. Try doing it for at least two nights, if you can. I plan to return! Thanks, Fahd,...and Brody... for an excellent stay!"
