Denis is an outstanding host and the place is very comfortable. The room has a good space and comfortable bed in a quiet neighborhood to sleep well. location is great as is equally distanced from South Beach and Wilton Manors. Close to Haulover beach and many options around to eat. Easy access to the highway. The room has direct access to the balcony which is a nice touch. great bathroom that you only share with him. He was flexible with check in and a great guy to talk and know. I truly feel i was visiting a friend, he is a very friendly guy and always making sure your stay goes smooth. highly recommended.

Great hospitality from Denis, great location (you do need a car and parking is plentiful), and great stay. I was out and about, but Denis checked often to make sure all was ok. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks!
