My apartment is a 1/1 located on Sunny Isles Beach in a building named Coastal Towers Condominiums. Sunny Isles beach is a high-rise city built on a narrow, coastal barrier island just off the mainland of North Miami Beach in Florida. My building has a pool and gym. The condo is an 8-minute walk from Haulover Nude Beach, voted one of the best clothing-optional beaches in the world and a short walk to local shops and restaurants. 25-minutes to either Fort Lauderdale or South beach. 30(+/-) minutes both ways to FLL airport or Miami airport. You’ll find delicious food everywhere you go!
You have the entire room to yourself. The entire apartment is Clothing optional! If the vibe is right, we can all sleep in the same room however Jake and I typically sleep on the couch to give everyone their privacy.
If you have guests/locals coming to visit you here, they are more than welcome but please let me know in advance! Just as an FYI I’m a masculine latino bottom; originally from New York; My boyfriend is a White top from Texas, both now living in Miami. We are both very friendly and open minded ☺
I have an outgoing cat, I keep my apartment very clean and allergy medication on hand if needed. However, no guests or friends have ever reported allergies while here. Most times you won't even remember I have a cat.
**please be advised most buildings in Sunny Isles beach have a daily overnight parking fee. In my building, overnight parking is enforced after 10pm and costs $10; this fee may or may not apply even if you park in my personal parking space, depending on how strict the gate security enforces the policy. Most are lenient if you mention my name (Michael - apt#1212). Regardless, if you are parking a vehicle overnight, you will inform the security and they will advise you if there is a fee).**
If you’re coming to check out the amazing nightlife, be a foodie, see the views, "meat" the locals or just relax on the beach, there no place quite like Miami. 😇

Michael and Jake were amazing hosts. It was really fun spending time with them and their friends. The location is perfect as it is so close to Haulover. I will definitely stay with them any time I'm visiting Miami.

Bad experience. This was a booking I had to make last minute and it was accepted immediately. The location close to the beach and good reviews made me choose this place. However, nothing was prepared for my arrival, the hosts were not home so they sent me instructions to enter on my own. When I arrived I didn't have a real welcome, both seemed uncomfortable receiving guests, in fact one of them didn't even speak to me. Later I found out that they are not authorized to conduct accommodation business in the condominium and it seems that upon my arrival, the administration reprimanded them. All the energy was very negative and uncomfortable. I had to share the room with them and sleep on a sofa bed. I had booked 2 nights, I only stayed one.

Michael was the best, I really valued my time here and recommend it to anyone looking to explore the area and get some great beach time in. Perfect location for walking to the beach, safe area, and Michael was so fun to hang out with and chat with.

Michael's place is not large but it's comfortable and in a great location. You can be on the beach and naked within a 15 min walk. A 20 min walk in the opposite direction will get you to shopping and restaurants. (If you like French food, try St Tropez bistro and Bakery. The only real drawback is that it's 40-50 min to South Beach and the gay bars by car or bus. I found it to be worth the trip.

Great location to the beach, especially if you like to be naked as only 10-15 min walk away. Also only a15min walk away to Starbucks or 5-10min by bus to the shops.

What a stay! The place is SPOTLESS, and smells wonderful! They really upkeep their condo with high standards! We had hiccups but michael went above and beyond to rectify the issues and treat us like long time friends instead of just "guests at a BnB". He has such a warm inviting spirit! Sometimes there were lapses in response which worried me, but he really was such an angel about all the travel issues we had! 10/10 would recommend! Safe space for POC!
