SMOKE AND MARAJUANA DETECTORS ARE PLACED IN THE HOME TO DETECT SMOKE OF ALL KINDS. ANY ALARM WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED $500 SMOKE RENEDIATION FEE. Not suitable for pets - We love furry fellows but want to be respectful of guests with pet allergies. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No loud music or parties. Please respect our fellow guests and wonderful neighbors by keeping voices down, especially after 10 pm. The great news is you won't need to miss out on any fun - there are plenty of bars and eateries that are open the wee hours of night. POOL RULES(just simple respect for others) * NO GLASS ANYWHERE AROIND THE POOL OOR IN BACKYARD ( any broken glass found will result in draining and cleaning of the pool fee of $500) *No noise in the backyard from 10pm till 9 am. no running or horseplay around the pool. * No diving - pool is only 3’ to 6’ deep * pool chairs are first come first serve- no saving seats with towels. Please take towels inside overnight. Do not leave towels hanging in backyard. *No loud music at pool, play music at a level that you can hear it next to your chairs *ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS allowed on property and in backyard. Additionally: - Please treat our house and belongings as you would treat your own. Turn off lights, fans, TVs, etc when not in use, and ensure the house is secure at all times. - No outside overnight guests (other than pre-approved guests) -Do not download any unlawful content from the internet while using the wifi provided by the Homeowner. -Refunds cannot be provided due to cancelled or delayed flights. Liability: -People other than those in the Guest Party originally referenced in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest who made the reservation. - Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the Guest is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise
