Private Cottage

Inside the cottage was just ok - heavy smell of mold when we entered, shower curtain and toilet were moldy. The pool wasn't running as it had a leak so the water was green and full of leaves. There was plywood, debris and bags of trash built up at the entrance. Handy man worker was around the property building a shack of some sort during our entire stay so not much privacy or quiet time during the day. Heavy Rat presence along the fencing! Overall just disappointing! Dennis the fill in care taker was great with chatting and offering supplies.

I have stayed at Fernando's place several times. It is always enjoyable. Fernando always has a big smile on his friendly face. The location is incredible - walking distance to food, entertainment and shopping. It was so nice to sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings.

I wanted a quiet spot near Wilton Drive. This was a 5 minute walk to Alibi and Hunters. The pool was very relaxing and I had all the privacy I was looking for.

I've been staying at Fernando's cottage for years now. It's the perfect location for enjoying what Wilton Manors has to offer.

Great location, very comfortable bed. My husband and I stayed here for a week, and had a lovely time. Fernando and his team were very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again if the cottage is available on our dates.

Had to vacant the place because of the smell of mold, shower curtain little dirty inside the refrigerator was also dirty, they could use some lighting out there. It's dark trying to get to the cottage.

Probably the fifth time I've stayed here. You can't go wrong.
