Dan was a great host! He was prepared for my arrival, provided plenty of excellent recommendations, and made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything so I was able to walk the entire time I was visiting. The grocery store, bars, restaurants, coffee, and parks are all within a short walk. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again, thanks again Dan!

I had a fantastic stay at Dan's place, and he was an outstanding host! Although I'm usually a bit hesitant about staying at a place where the owner lives on-site, Dan made me feel completely at ease. He was thoughtful in checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, yet gave us plenty of privacy throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, which I truly appreciated. The bathroom amenities were exceptional — I was so impressed that I've already ordered several of the items for my own home, including the heated toilet seat, bidet with warm water, full-body shower head, and towel warmer. As for the location, it couldn't be better — just a block away from the vibrant bars and restaurants on Wilton Drive. I highly recommend Dan's place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Wilton Manors!

First, it's like they say it's all about location. Dan's place is nicely snuggled into a neighborhood just off of Wilton Drive. It's about a 3-minute walk to all the fun and he could not have been a more perfect host. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was the perfect size and comfortable. The pool was awesome. Warm and inviting. This was my first time staying in an ********, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I will definitely be back. Thanks again to Dan for being the perfect host!

Dan is the perfect host. He checked on everything daily. Is the room temp ok? Coffee by the pool or in your room? Is the pool temp okay? These are some of the daily questions. Communication before trip was a breeze. Upon arrival, he showed me all the working mechanisms (ceiling fan, TV, door lock, bathroom faucets etc.). He also talked about the local area and the fun spots to visit. Almost all within walking distance. A major plus. His pool is brand new and elegant. The private pool area is very comfortable with lounge chairs, an outdoor cushion chaise, and floats to catch all the rays. I had a great visit

Dan has the best location in all of Wilton. He is on a great street one block off Wilton Drive. His home is perfectly situated to be able to walk to the bars and restaurants on Wilton Drive. He was very easy to coordinate with and is very accommodating. The room is great will a private entrance to the backyard. He has a wonderful pool if you'd like to take a dip and plenty of comfortable chairs if you'd like to catch a few rays of sun. His bathroom is state of the art with a fantastic shower. Staying here was better than any hotel and you get the benefits of a great host. Thank you Dan and I hope to see you again soon.

Dan was an amazing host. He was friendly, knowledgeable and readily available if I had any questions. He provided fresh towels and bottled water every morning. Dan's place is also a great spot. The house was very clean and welcoming. The room was spacious with an INCREDIBLY comfortable bed. The bathroom was something out of this world. The toilet seat had a bidet with a heated seat and the rainfall shower head was the icing on the cake. Extra bonus, Dan's place is literally up the street from all the action on Wilton Drive so no need to worry about taking an uber/driving to the bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again especially when the pool is installed.

Best location in the city. 1 block from the noise but less than a 2 minute walk to everything. Spotless house. Great house. Lovely room. My highest recommendation

This is my first time in wilton manors and i want to recommend this awesome room, modern, clean, quiet, perfect for vacationing wilton manors just a minute walk from the whole gay district. The host excellent attention, excellent communication, always attentive to answer questions. Thank you Dan for your recommendations. When you want to come to the gay district, renting this room is definitely an excellent option to stay. Thanks again for all your attention.

So I had never been to FTL or Wilton Manors before. Also had never stayed at a BnB before. So I was a little nervous to start with, but I stayed here a week and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The location was perfect-like 500 ft away from Wilton Drive which is why I picked this place to begin with. And Dan was a great host. The place was always clean and nicely decorated. The home was super cool the way it was wired. It felt almost like a smart home where many of the devices are wirelessly connected and you can use an iPad to control it. The first time I went to the bathroom, I thought he had a smart toilet. Thankfully it didn't start a conversation with me while I was sitting on it. Dan was also a very friendly guy with a relaxed personality and easy to get along with. After telling him the kind of guy I was interested in, he gave me tips on which bar to go to and which times to go. It worked, too! Had a good time chatting with him and he knows his Movies, Politics, and Sports (although unfortunately he's a Red Sox fan, but I won't hold that against him). All in all, it was a great trip and if I go back I'll stay with Dan again. But I feel like next time, I'll know my way around better and be giving Dan tips on how to meet guys! there!

well one thing about Dan as our first impression is that he is absolutely someone that has an amazing personality and a great sense of humor. He makes every effort to ensure we are comfortable in every way. His house is awesome, comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom with the most advanced technology. The distance to all the hot spots on Wilton Drive is a very short leisurely walk. Dan's place will be our staycation home when we DO DROP Inn Wilton Manors.
