Sunny Isles Beach historical condo, single tidy room in our cozy apt

Mitchell's place was PERFECT for my needs. It was spotlessly clean, organized, in a safe environment and within walking distance to markets, dining and, most importantly, the beaches. His description of his home and the pictures in his post are accurate. He responded to my messages promptly and was reliably responsible. He was able to provide me with a beach towel and umbrella, which significantly lessened my travel load. I would recommend his hospitality without reservation.

Lovely, cozy, comfortable and sparkling clean! Absolutely recommend for low-key, low-maintenance travelers to Sunny Isles. Mitchell's friendliness combined with my familiarity of the neighborhood made me feel instantly right at home. While we kept different schedules coming and going, it was always nice to chit chat. Would definitely recommend for independent travelers and certainly will return on another visit.

Mitchell, along with his partner Mauricio, was truly a fantastic and welcoming host. Their place was one of the cleanest I've ever seen and beautifully decorated. The location is attractive since it is between Miami South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale/Wilton Manors. Parking was a big plus. Communication with Mitchell was prompt. Had no issues whatsoever, overall I had a nice stay - would definitely recommend.

The place is very pleasant, excellent location, the apartment impeccably well maintained. The room very comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the apartment is spotless. The bed very comfortable. You can really rest being in the best location in Miami. But most importantly are the hosts: super polite people, very concerned about my comfort and the services, pleasant to chat with and they make you feel like a local or as if they had known you for a long time. Concerned about the best parking, the venues, the apartment, the bed, etc. Undoubtedly I would recommend this place to friends or family.
