Pool View Apartment features a separate entrance to a large 1-bedroom with King size bed. Welcome to our little piece of paradise. If you’re looking for an entirely private apartment with a separate living area, kitchen and master bedroom with a king bed, you’ve come to the right place. Each apartment has it’s own separate entrance for privacy. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and the homeowners. The lush landscaping throughout the property and water views of The Middle River, will make you feel like you’re in paradise. Middle River surrounds Wilton Manors. The Island City and goes through parts of Fort Lauderdale, connecting to the Intracoastal Waterway. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore, we also have kayaks and paddle-boards. We are located walking distance to Wilton Drive (a.k.a The Drive) but on a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle. This listing is for one of two available apartments at this property. Each apartment is different and with it’s own unique features, so please checkout the complete details and photos to decide which best fits your needs. My partner and I live downstairs and share the outside areas with our guests. Both apartments are upstairs, there is no elevator access to the second floor. We are a gay couple and rent to MEN ONLY. All outdoor areas including, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, covered patio and outdoor dining areas are clothing optional. We want you to feel comfortable, wear as much or as little as you’d like. We offer a relaxing setting where you can lounge comfortably by the pool, listen to music, read a book or sit by the water and watch the sun go down. There’s also a private play area... We are a friendly open-minded household where you can getaway from it all, sit and chill or indulge in all the fun, restaurants and bars Wilton Manors (a.k.a. The Gayborhood) has to offer. Wilton Manors is one of the top gayest cities in U.S. and is home to the annual Stonewall Pride Parade, FlockFest (beach party), Floatarama (pride on the water), and Wicked Manors (annual Halloween event). There’s always something fun going on at The Drive or venture out to several of the nearby bathhouses. We’re a short drive to the beaches and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Ten minute drive to Las Olas Blvd and close to several shopping venues including The Galleria Mall and Coral Ridge Mall. We are also walking distance to Ramrod.
We are available for long term rentals, up to 3months. Contact us for more information and date availability. Due to high demand December through April dates are typically reserved one year in advance and require a minimum 3 week stay.

Arnie and Jacob moved to the Fort Lauderdale over 10 years ago after falling in love with the weather, ocean and relaxed lifestyle. We searched a long time for a home close to Wilton Manors, with a private yard, hot tub, beautiful pool, and waterfront views. Walkability to Wilton Manors was a must! We loved the idea of hosting guests and making new friends. We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise.

1. There is no smoking in any of the rooms, balcony or under any covered building, carport or structure on the property. Smoking is allowed in areas outdoors that are not covered or roofed in both the pool area and garden areas. Please clean up after yourself and observe fire and safety precautions. 2. No ********der the age of 25 is allowed in the guest rooms or on the property at any time. As per the City of Fort Lauderdale regulation, maximum occupancy of the guest room is two ********. 3. No guest pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property at any time. 4. No glass in the pool area. Aluminum cans and plastic bottles are great options (we encourage recycling). If you need plastic cups we have them available for your use. 5. City of Fort Lauderdale code: NOISE: Be advised that any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one ******** minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five ******** feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. 6. Parking: All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking area. Parking on the grass or street is not permitted. A parking diagram is included in the following pages. 7. Kayaks & Paddleboards are available for use during your stay. Prior to using, please contact Arnie or Jacob for safety, navigation and proper use information. Use of kayaks or paddleboards is at your own risk and you assume all responsibility, liability and costs associated with using them. 8. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available in your room. Feel free to enjoy them on your trips to the beach. Please clean and remove all sand prior to returning them to your room. 9. Towels are available for your use while at the pool and hot tub. Please leave used towels in the hamper located next to our front door so we can take care of them. 10. The pool, hot tub and outdoor shower are available 24 hours a day, please keep in mind we have neighbors and this is our home, so discretion and quiet is requested late into the evening.

Everything was perfect. Check-in was completely automated and simple, communication with Arnie and Jacob was consistent, the place is exactly as described, and the location is great. Beautiful backyard with pool looking over the canal - even in the hot weather, sitting in the backyard was peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely stay again!

Absolutely Enjoyed my stay here. The location couldn't be better. nice quite neighborhood, and just minutes from Wilton Drive. Self Check-in was super easy, and the space is GREAT!! Clean, bright, with everything you could possibly need,. It honestly felt like having my own apartment as if i was living in south Florida. The yard is beautiful with a great pool, very relaxing hot tub, and amazing outdoor shower. Arnie and Jacob are so friendly, and make you feel very much at home in their space, and are available for anything you may need. I'd stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors

Tens. Tens. Tens across the board! Arnie and Jacob are inviting and have that southern charm. Their place is amazing and beautifully decorated. The amenities seemed endless..they even had an umbrella for my bald head. Looking forward to staying again ❤

I wish there was a 10 star system so that I could give them a 20. There are no words that would due justice for their home and Jacob and Arnie. I truly love their home and the both of them deeply. I found a forever friendship with them both and their home. Personally, I would not change a thing about the home or them. They are the greatest hosts anyone could ever ask for.

Arnie and Jacob were the perfect hosts, and the place was everything they said it was. It’s a great location on a quiet street with easy parking and it’s an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Wilton Manors. The outside is beautifully landscaped and private with several sitting areas and pool chairs for your use. Arnie and Jacob replied to my booking request quickly and got back to me when I had questions before my arrival. They’re easy to work with and everything was handled so check-in / checkout was seamless. It felt like going to stay with friends as opposed to a rental unit. When I got there, we did a tour of the grounds and the inside of the unit. They made sure I felt at home and knew I had use of the pool, outdoor grilling area, and hot tub. The inside was just as advertised. It’s very clean and everything looks new and fresh. The kitchen had everything I needed including dishes, silverware and coffee to get started in the morning. The living room has a smart TV with guest accounts for some streaming services or you can login with your accounts if you want. The bedroom has a big smart tv and the bed is very comfortable. There’s plenty of closet and drawer space. They have a few charging stations for your electronics, and the Wi-Fi was fast and dependable. There are chairs and towels to use at the beach if you need them, and there were plenty of linens and towels in the unit. Arnie and Jacob are chill and were available to answer questions about the neighborhood, restaurants, bars, etc. Everything exceeded my expatiations, so this is my new place to be when I’m in town.

To start with....the star system should be 0-10 and their home was a 20. I have been to multiple places over the years and this is by far the best place I have stayed at. Arnie, Jacob and Bono (fur kid) are the most pleasant and accommodating, and just all around wonderful people. They greeted us with warm smiles and was always available to answers questions or assist with any needs that we had. The home is set up for ultimate relaxation with the arrangement of the pool, hot tub, and patio great for the clothing optional choice. Arnie
