Felipe's accommodation is wonderful and exceeded our expectations. There were lovely extras like a stocked fridge and snacks, pool towels, great aircon and comfortable large bed. We'll definitely come again!

We had a fantastic stay at Felipe's studio and lovely terrace. The room was well-stocked and decorated, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and a small but functional kitchen. The heated pool and comfy lounge chairs in the back terrace were a great addition to our experience. Check-in and communication was easy. Would gladly stay again.

What a sweet set up !! My room was perfectly sized for me with a workstation, small but functional kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hosts added small touches throughout the place (coffee, snacks, laundry!!) that made my stay more comfortable

My husband and I had fantastic stay at Felipe's studio rentals. Everything you need is provided right when you arrive, from a welcome treat to relaxing music playing setting the mood for your stay. The property has a great back yard facilities and a fantastic pool. Felipe was a great host who connected with us regularly via chat to check in if we needed anything. He even apologized for the weather, which had been a little cold! =D The location was perfect, too. We were an Uber drive away from restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Highly recommended!

very nice place. clean, well equiped with all that you would need, and everything in the space is of top quality - TV, washer/dryer, kitchenette(glasses, utensils etc). Great backyard space with plenty of sitting/lounge area, large pool. i did not meet the host however he was very accessible via text and response time less than a minute.
