- No parties or events - a 500 dollars fine and your booking will be canceled immediately without any refund if you break this rule. No exceptions. - Late check-out up to 2pm might be available for 20 dollars. - Early check-in starting at 1pm might be available for 40 dollars. - Ideal for single persons and/or couples. If you bring a third person for your stay you'd be charged an extra 60 dollars a night or have your reservation canceled without refund. - No children or pets - If you bring anyone under the age of 18 years old and/or a pet you will be charged an undisputable 250 dollars fine per occurrence. - Absolutely no smoking inside - If you smoke inside (including vapers and weed) or disable the smart smoke detector inside your Villa you will be charged an undisputable 250 dollars fine and might have your reservation canceled without any refunds. - You're welcome to smoke outside. *** If you want to bring friends over to spend time by the pool please contact hosts first to schedule their visit. No more than 2 friends is allowed. - Bringing more than 2 friends will result in automatic fine of 250 dollars and may cause your booking to be canceled without a refund. * For everyone's security there are surveillance cameras with active recording in the parking lot, side yards and pool area.
