Flip-Flops

This is our third and longest stay at this adorable studio apt (18 days). So close to Haulover, a big Publix, adventura mall for an overcast day. We also twice toad the free trolly to SOBE where we walked the entire ocean drive. Everything was perfect !

Everything was great! Parking was difficult if you weren't parked by 6pm. The host is amazing and very hospitable. Would definitely book here again.

Jose and Lancelot are amazing hosts. They anticipated my needs as if they knew exactly what I needed. The communication was outstanding from the reservation to confirmation to my arrival. They went out of their way to make sure I was having a pleasant stay. The one bedroom apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the bed, pillows, and the air conditioning which worked so well I was actually cold. The place was clean and disinfected. I felt extremely safe and walked nightly to the various restaurants and shops AND it is just one and a half blocks away from the beach. They provide beach umbrellas and beach chairs. The kitchen has everything available for cooking your own meals if you like. But why cook when you can have access to Cuban, Peruvian, Middle Eastern, Italian, and so many more options. The food is delicious!!! Will definitely most certainly I can assure you that my husband and will return in a few months. These guys are honestly so kind and compassionate... so challenging finding authentic hosts!!!! THANK YOU. Pablo

Jose was an amazing host! He was very responsive, communicative, and friendly! The apartment was great: very clean, close to everything you needed, and stocked with extras for us to use, such as beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Would love to come back and stay again sometime!

My new favorite place to stay when visiting Haulover Beach. We stayed for 4 wonderful nights. Jose made everything very easy. The studio is perfect for 2 people, and within walking distance of many shops and yummy restaurants. Parking is first come first serve street parking, but we always found a spot at all times of day and night. We appreciated the black out shades for afternoon naps. 15 minute drive to haulover, and about 45 min to FLL airport and city center. Highly recommend 😀

The listing is on point. Very close to the beach and in the heart of north beach. Jose accommodated me for a last moment booking due to some travel delays. The apartment is well appointed, clean and absolutely comfortable. I was lucky enough to meet Jose at check in. He has an incredible charm that transfers good vibes into your stay. I left some sunglasses behind and Jose was quick to correspond and assist on this. Must stay.

The apartment is as in the photo and description, very comfortable and perfectly convenient both for going to the beach and for going to South Beach (by bus or car). The free street parking was a big plus and in the days I stayed I never had trouble finding it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need but the most important amenity was Jose's availability and kindness. Communication with him was always fast and effective, both for technical directions and advises. I was sick one day and he was so nice to bring me medicines and worry the next day that I was okay. A big hearted man and very interesting to talk with. If I were to return to North Beach I would definitely consider his apartment again
