Newly Listed! Private 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette! (A DUPLEX). The private entry goes through one of the bedrooms (which also has a kitchenette on one side of the bedroom) to access all space. Located in a quiet,safe neighborhood yet just a 2 block walk to downtown Wilton Manors with all the restaurants, bars and late night clubs. Located in the heart of the Wilton Drive side of Wilton Manors (in the best area ... the side east of Andrews Avenue (811A) where your suite is located is much better than the west side of Andrews Avenue). Excellent place to stay if you are looking for the convenience of staying close to the Wilton Manors strip. The owners are great at being very communicative and accommodating. 10/10 will be staying here in the future!

The location is great. Very walkable from everything in Wilton Manors. Getting in was very easy. You walk in the door and you are in one of the bedrooms which is also where the kitchenette is. There is a hallway that leads to the other bedroom and bathroom. No common spaces. Works fine for a short stay. The mattresses were kinda gross but they had a cover over them under the sheet which made the bed hot for sleeping. Overall, it worked for what we needed

Thank you for staying! So glad you liked the location and yes everything was exactly as described on the site. We have brand new mattress covers to be put on and the mattress is also being looked at since this is the first time there was ever a mentioned by any guests. We also put brand new bedsheets and bed comforters on just for you as you were the first guest to get those brand new. We're always trying to improve everything to be the best we can be. The stay was an ideal location for Wilton Manors. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked with everything one would need. I'd stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Mike's rental. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to returning to Fort Lauderdale!

This is a charming place in a beautiful well-established neighborhood that is easy walking distance to the Wilton Manors business district or an easy taxi/Uber to some local clubs. I wanted a private and quiet place to enjoy my time and Mike and Mitch's place offers that. While an older duplex, everything is in great shape and works well. I'd rent here again for the location.
