Large private bedroom with comfortable, new, queen-sized bed (with premium mattress) and luxurious en suite spa-like private bathroom. Use of kitchen, living room, waterfront back patio (with hammock), and communal pool. Literally steps from all the activities of Wilton Drive. 10-15 minutes to airport and Sebastian Beach with private parking space in a beautifully landscaped, gated community with parking, should you have a vehicle. 1 1/2 blocks to both Ramrod and the Eagle (in opposite directions) and across the street from Tropics, you won't find a more central location (click on "Map" to see how "ground zero" the location is!).
Please note that while this location is smack in the middle of the gay business district and social life, the home itself is in a very quiet and gated community and is shared with the owner. While I hope you'll enjoy your stay, this is very much a "not bring the party home" environment. It's a quiet and orderly household yet very close to all of the action.
Absolutely no drugs, unregistered guests, or strong colognes / fragrances. Again, REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY! If you intend to hookup, you'll need to do it elsewhere.
As a host, I make myself very available both before and during your stay. Because I work from home, I'm usually around during the day to answer questions or assist in any way I can.
Please state in booking request that you understand and agree to abide by the no drugs and no guests policies. I will not approve any bookings without a narrative and clear pics, especially if you have no reviews from other hosts. If you're new to the platform, simply tell me a bit about yourself when you make your booking request to expedite approval.
