Respect the home: Please treat the house, furniture, appliances, and belongings as you would your own. Respect other guests: This is a shared home. Please be considerate of other guests’ privacy, personal space, and schedules. Keep common areas clean: If you use the kitchen, living room, dining area, or backyard, please leave them clean and ready for the next person. Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen and its available amenities. Please clean dishes, counters, and cooking areas after use. Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours, especially late at night and early in the morning. Headphones are your best friend when needed. 😊 Visitors: Please check with the host before bringing visitors to the property. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Parties & events: No parties or events without prior approval. We love good vibes, but we also love our neighbors. 😉 Smoking: No smoking inside the house. If smoking is permitted outdoors, please use the designated area and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Alcohol & responsible behavior: If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and respectfully. Excessive or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Backyard & outdoor gym: Enjoy the outdoor spaces, but please use the equipment responsibly and return everything to its proper place after use. Security: Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Never give keys, access codes, or entry information to anyone else. Personal belongings: Please respect other guests’ belongings and private areas. Do not enter another guest’s bedroom. Cleanliness: Please help us keep the home fresh and comfortable. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Check-out: Please leave the room reasonably tidy, take your personal belongings with you, and follow the check-out instructions provided by the host. Safety first: No illegal activities, dangerous behavior, or activities that could put other guests, neighbors, or the property at risk. Communication: If something isn't working, something is damaged, or you need assistance, please let the host know as soon as possible.
