Do not leave any personal belongings outside your unit. • If you move the outdoor furniture, put it back when you are done. • Guest’s cars should be parked in the designated guest parking area only. Parking is one car per unit. • This is NOT a clothing optional facility. No outdoor nudity allowed. • Facility amenities are for the use of registered guests. No groups permitted. No persons under 18 years old permitted onsite under any circumstances. • Do not remove the vacuum from the pool. It operates when the system is running. • Keep exterior doors closed when AC is in operation. • Do not hang anything from the curtain rods in the unit. • Property exterior is under 24-hour surveillance. • No EV charging allowed at property.

I had a great experience staying here! The place is very nice- it has its own entrance and another door out to the backyard and pool. The room has everything you need and the kitchenette and bathroom are great and nicely updated. The bed was super comfortable! The location is convenient and the neighborhood is truly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Short drive to Wilton Manor. Nice poolside area. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Marc lives on the property, so easy to reach when we needed something. We would stay here again

This was my first Misterb&b rental, and I was very pleased with the apartment. The host was friendly and communicated everything clearly. He responded quickly to all questions. Parking was easy. Self check-in was great. The apartment had everything I needed. There was some sound bleed with the next door apartment, so loud music is not recommended. During non-COVID times, I would probably want to be within walking distance of the bars, so I gave "location" 4 stars, but I was mainly driving around on this trip, and there was excellent access to Oakland Park Blvd., Powerline Road, and I-95. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, I was happy to have stayed there and would stay there again.
