Very near the heart of Wilton Manors as well as Las Olas Blvd. and the beach, all of which are just a very inexpensive Uber ride away. Relax in your own private bungalow and/or enjoy the nightlife the city has to offer. Free off street parking is available on the property. Guests who need a stay shorter than the 3 required nights may message the host for availability.

• Keep fence gates closed and latched at all times.
• No smoking inside the unit.
• Turn off TV when not in unit or in use.
• The backyard/pool area is a shared space for all. Do not leave any personal belongings outside your unit.
• If you move the outdoor furniture, put it back when you are done.
• Guest’s cars should be parked in the designated guest parking area only. Parking is one car per unit.
• This is NOT a clothing optional facility. No outdoor nudity allowed.
• Facility amenities are for the use of registered guests. No groups permitted. No persons under 18 years old permitted onsite under any circumstances.
• Do not remove the vacuum from the pool. It operates when the system is running.
• Keep exterior doors closed when AC is in operation.
• Do not hang anything from the curtain rods in the unit.
• Property exterior is under 24-hour surveillance.
• No EV charging allowed at property.
