This spacious one-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen with dishwasher and a lounge area accented with striking mid-mod furnishings. Ms. Monroe would feel right at home with the accent walls kissed with a gorgeous red hue! This unit also features a lush private garden outside the kitchen, for you to relax with a cup of coffee, or a cocktail of course. The bedroom features a luscious, unbelievably comfortable hybrid memory foam/coil spring King-sized mattress, well-equipped work area, and a desk... if you must connect. The courtyard with access to the hot tub is steps from your front door. Ample closet space is provided.
You won't mind getting clean - or dirty - in the bathroom, which features a rain shower with corner bench and a well-placed mirror.
The Peacock Guesthouse is a newly-renovated 5-unit oasis in the exceptionally well-located Lake Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The Peacock Guesthouse guests are offered the opportunity to relax and enjoy a clothing-optional environment, while having access to a sparkling hot tub well into the night. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum, and to to be especially respectful of their neighbors after 10:00pm.
While we all like to have our fun, please limit visits from outside guests to no more than two at a time.
No smoking allowed. Please keep your unit tidy - Cleaning supplies are available, as needed.
