There’s ample guest parking available on-site for your convenience if you are driving. Otherwise your rideshare can pull around the back and drop you off directly in front of the door. Once inside, you’ll have full access to the first floor, including the living room, half-bath, and kitchen. Your host may or may not be on-site, but rest assured that if he is, he’ll fully respect your privacy unless you have any questions or need assistance. Feel free to settle in, park easily, and make yourself at home. No smoking on premises. No pets allowed.

Troy responded quick and was personable .... Had I not been so busy ... I would have realized all the things he did to make sure he was attentive to my needs or wants... with being in the room next to me, he was un-intrusive ... and quiet making me feel like I had space in his space ...I certainly would book again ... and soon 😈

Troy accepted my booking request fast into his safe, gated private condominium apartment. The instructions were clear, I arrived late after 10 pm to his place but I did the check in myself so convenient, when I enter into the flat it was immaculate and spacious, nice kitchen and big living room with sofa and garden and bathroom downstairs that I could use and then my private room was upstairs with another bathroom. I sleep well with air conditioning and quiet ambient. Next morning had a lovely coffee with Troy were ******** about life and business, lovely person and focus individual, generally ai highly recommended it for all this reasons and I will come back with my partner. Thank you Troy

Troy's curated space is a great find. Troy is an excellent communicator from initial booking, to check in, to check out. Very convenient location. Secure with easy access to the gated property. A beautiful and inviting place and Troy attends to every detail. Recommend without reservation.
