The homeowner is a gay, professional fitness trainer who lives and works in the home that features a beautiful resort style backyard with pool in the heart of Oakland Park. It is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and there is always quiet activity. The backyard is very private with lush landscaping and is clothing optional. In addition to the well equipped kitchen and a small dining area, there is a charcoal grill on the large deck with tables and umbrellas and numerous chairs. There’s a parking space waiting for you.

Several shopping malls are within a short drive, including Aventura Mall and the Sawgrass Mills Outlet. The place is very comfortable for remote work With two workplaces indoors and several tables and lounge chairs outdoors. There’s filtered water and ice and coffee, hot cocoa or tea anytime.
