This private home's master bedroom and private bathroom are all yours. There’s plenty of closet and drawer space. The homeowner is a gay, professional fitness trainer who lives and works in the home that features a beautiful resort style backyard with pool in the heart of Oakland Park. It is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and there is always quiet activity. The backyard is very private with lush landscaping and is clothing optional. In addition to the well equipped kitchen and a small dining area, there is a charcoal grill on the large deck with tables and umbrellas and numerous chairs. There’s a parking space waiting for you.

I have had many houseguests since I bought this house in 2002. I am an excellent host and like to make sure that everyone is comfortable and has everything they need. I also work out of the home as a fitness trainer and I have a nice gym in the house. Estudié Español para muchos años y es muy malo. I keep very late hours and always try to be considerate with my houseguests; I’m very open minded and like to be treated with respect in return. As a homeowner and a do it yourselfer, I have numerous projects going on at the same time... I enjoy being busy. I have traveled around the states and I tend to be a big city kind of guy but I have enjoyed a more natural setting as well... I have been around the Americas and Outside of this hemisphere Cologne Brussels Paris and many cities in the Netherlands especially Amsterdam.

The property is less than 3 miles from all the Fort Lauderdale beaches. We are minutes from 95,The Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades. In addition to the many casinos including the Hard Rock Seminole,there are numerous restaurants at Las Olas and Wilton Drive; no matter what kind of nightlife you enjoy, it is very easy to find and close by. Several shopping malls are within a short drive, including Aventura Mall and the Sawgrass Mills Outlet. The place is very comfortable for remote work With two workplaces indoors and several tables and lounge chairs outdoors. There’s filtered water and ice and coffee, hot cocoa or tea anytime.

We were disappointed overall. The pre-stay communication was excellent but the check in was not welcoming. The host was playing a video game and didn't even pause to greet us - even after he finished the game. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a large TV. Coffee and muffins were a nice touch. The outdoor area is not maintained well. The hot tub is not operable and the backyard is cluttered with miscellaneous broken equipment. It wasn't inviting and needs an overhaul.

Frank was a great host! Very friendly and helped give me some recommendations for what to do. Location is great, close to Wilton Manors so it was easy and inexpensive to uber. Lush private backyard, took advantage to tan and hangout with the friendly neighborhood cat. Would recommend and stay again!

Frank couldn't have possibly been a better host. Its accommodations like these that I keep coming back to misterb&b. His home clearly reflects his personality. his back yard is little oasis that feels private yet tropical. I spent many mornings during my stay just sipping coffee or sunning in the back yard. his location is pretty central to everything, approx $7-11 USD for ubers to wilton manors. Frank himself is also a kind and extremely generous, i will definitely be back

Great stay! The host was super helpful with recommendations for local spots and went above and beyond by getting the room ready a bit early since my flight arrived ahead of check-in. Really appreciated the flexibility and hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

I had a relaxing two day stay at the Peaceful Palms. It is exactly as described. The bedroom and ensuite are spacious and very clean. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but easy to Uber to Wilton Manors, the Airport, cruise terminal or beach. Frank is a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to stay here.

I had such a great stay here. The host was super accommodating and made me feel really welcome. The place itself is beautiful — inside and out — with a lot of care clearly put into it. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to unwind.

I loved my stay at The Peaceful Palms! What a beautiful home! Conveniently located and with plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment near by. The place is super clean and beautifully decorated. The extra lighting at night really enhances the atmosphere! Frank is a wonderful host! His attention to detail and active communication makes you feel at ease.
