Check with Host for exceptions. * Quiet hour 10pm-10am, pool and hot tub available 24 hrs. * Laundry facilities available. * No smoking inside, covered patio available & poolside is okay. 420 friendly * Dogs <30 lbs. $50 pet fee * Host reserves the right for room change, upgrades free, down grade $ credit. Indemnity Clause: Renter hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from and against any loss, injury, damage, or any and all other claims, including those of third parties. The property is beautiful, and the room is neat and clean. Check-in was a breeze, and Billy was a very congenial and responsive host. We would like to return with another couple and spend a few days chilling by the pool. It has lots of hangout spots in sun and shade, stunning water features, and beautiful tropical landscaping - a real oasis.

Billy's Resort was great and exactly what I was looking for. The bed was comfortable and the common area was a great way to meet new people and relax with clothes on or off. I will definitely be returning to this space whenever I travel to Wilton Manors. The pool was a little cold, but I picked a chilly week to travel and the hot tub definitely made up for it.
