By booking, you agree to: Sanitary: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. Especially, no flushable wipes! Flushable wipes have caused a sewer back up in the past, so it's imperative they not be flushed. Guests will be responsible for $500 for any back-ups where the plumber pulls up flushable wipes. Visitors: Only one visitor is allowed at a time unless you have cleared it with mgmt. Please choose your guests wisely. You are responsible for any theft or damage caused by your guests. Room Service: Short term guests can always request fresh towels. Guests staying a week or longer can also request a light cleaning of the room and bath. Washer/Dryer: we do have W/D for guest use for $6/cycle. Clothing Optional: the back yards is clothing optional. Please remember nudity is never allowed in the front yard. Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk, open 24 hrs. For your safety, no glass is permitted in pool area. No diving. A/C: Turn all utilities and especially A/C when you leave. Quiet Hours: Unfortunately, my neighbors are not on vacation. Therefore please keep voices down when outside 10 pm-8:00am. Garbage/Recycling: Guests can help keep the unit free of pests by promptly disposing of all food waste in the garbage bag provided in the unit. When full, please dispose of trash bag in the black trash bin, recycling goes in the blue bin... Trash bins are located in the front yard on the opposite side of the house. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. You may smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. Please, no Glitter in the apartment. Pets: up to 2 dogs, any size are allowed. I have 2 friendly dogs that visit the back yard throughout the day. Check-in is 4pm, Check-out is 11am: If you know what time you are planning to arrive and depart please let us know in advance. Please be mindful of these hours as we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals, late departures, or provide luggage storage. Late departures after 12 noon will be charged $20/hr unless cleared with mgmt. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the owners/employees harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, any fees, arising with the use of this Rental Property by you and your invitees, including but no limited to any injuries, losses, or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of a rental, booking or use of a Rental Property.
